My Review of FIAT of Winter Haven:
I'm now into the 8th car I've owned. Over all, I would say my experiences buying cars from New/Used lots is pretty poor. If it has not been dishonesty about the state of a used car, it has been very pushy sales persons or dishonesty with fees or low-balling a trade-in vehicle. So as I approached Fiat of Winterhaven, I was cautiously optimistic. Two things happened differently this time that had not in the past.
1) I had a video of the car I asked about and that experience was personalized in the video. Angela was very proactive and positive; she remained so even though I had to cancel the appointment once. Even when we were late to our appointment Angela was very understanding on a Friday night. So up front we had patience, clarity of price and vehicle and patience with circumstances.
2) While I felt my car trade-in was lower than expected, there was room on the new car purchase that seemed to compensate for the trade in price. Moreover, Alex offered to check out other banks that we could find a better rate than 3.99 to finance with. Turns out we had a credit union my wife joined that offered 2.99. That was very pleasing and meant that the new car price was manageable. I've even ended up getting better aluminum wheels than the standard steel ones. A minor point, but a selling point for me. Alex has followed through and ordered the wheels for me getting approval of the style through a text image. Very well handled. Bravo Alex.
We are not overly sentimental people, but the touch at the end of the sale, the Fiat bags, T-shirts, and signing the "family wall" were excellent touches that made my daughters feel like this was all "magical." Angela talked to our daughters with excitement and interest. She was warm and professional. My youngest asked if we were spending the night :)
Angela's closing offering us needed details on the car's operations, blue tooth programming, the flash drive with performance details, and lastly the family photo in front of the car? All these were heart-warming and very genuine. These two representatives of Fiat "get it." They have now given me hope in buying a car in the future. My wife is now threatening to take my 500 from me. I only wish Fiat was bringing its Quobo to America. We would be trading in our Kia Sportage for one of those.
Thanks again to Angela and Alex for making Fiat our choice for a future car. I had said to my wife that I would be back in a Mini Cooper in 4 years and give this one to my eldest daughter; however, I now say, okay she can have the pop. But forget Cooper. I'm going for an Abarth.

My Review of FIAT of Winter Haven:
We travelled 2-1/2 hours to Fiat of Winter Haven to purchase our new Fiat 500C Cabrio. They had the exact car we wanted and Angela emailed us promptly before our visit to answer questions we had about our trade-in and welcomed us at the door when we arrived. Angela and Eric were easy to talk to and deal with which is so refreshing after dealing with the typical car dealerships. They make you feel welcome and are very professional. We love our new Fiat and would definitely return to this dealership for our next Fiat. Thanks Angela and Eric - you are the best!!

Before going to Fiat of Winter Haven, I must have visited 10 other dealerships in a weeks time. Every dealership we went to had 1 thing in common. Getting me into a car even if it wasn't the car I actually wanted.
Walking into Fiat of Winter Haven was such a relief. Tony greeted us immediately he was very professional, nice & made the application process STRESS FREE. Eric, the manager was also very helpful answered all of our questions and was very honest and upfront about the entire process. Alex, in the financing department did a great job of going over all the final paperwork and making sure we understood it all before signing. No fast talking, no rushing through it.
Over all this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff at Fiat of Winter Haven make you feel super comfortable and great about buying a car at their dealership. They are friendly, helpful, honest & most importantly they made my car buying experience GREAT which is what it should be!

My Fiat Prima is not my first new car BUT it is my first fun car buying experience! I love the handling & performance of this small but fun to drive car as well as the fuel efficiency and have recommended it to everyone who inquires "what is that" you are driving! Of course I researched as much on the Fiat as I could before making my final decision but it was and is the folks @Winter Haven Fiat that made the experience a pleasant one. They are VERY accommodating as well as extremely helpful!Having had my Prima custom painted I have had the full dealership experience(Sales, Pint & Body & accessories) and would highly recommend Winter Haven Fiat to anyone!

Having seen a car on their website (which provided much of the information we were looking for, in terms of price and mileage) I called to make sure it was still on the lot before going to see it in person. Angela was super-helpful, answering all our questions and pointing out the vehicle features. She even let us take the car out for a 45-minute test drive, by ourselves.
One we returned, both she and Alex worked with us on the purchase. The next day, Angela called to check that everything was going well. It was an incredibly stress-free car buying experience, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the staff.

I began my venture by contacting Fiat via their website by utilizing their convenient "Make an offer" link. After entering my contact information as well as my offer, I was contacted by Angela no more than five minutes later. Five. Yeah I know, awesome. She was kind enough to greet me professionally as well as answer all of my questions intelligently and knowledgeably.
